We didn’t go out and buy a brand name, we built our own. It started in 1987, with the invention of the original Bucket Boss, a tool carrier that straps to a five gallon bucket. Five gallon buckets are on jobsites like popcorn, and when master carpenter/ monster guitarist “Diamond Dave” Fierek strapped a canvas apron on a five gallon bucket, the brand was born.
The Bucket Boss Brand is about a commitment. Buy a ticket to our past and you’ll find every philosophy needs its prophet. Ours is the end user, the guys in the trenches, in the rafters and in the workshop. They work it hard, and expect our products to stand up to it.
We’re bringing back the original quality, packaging and Duckwear color scheme of the original products, and calling those Bucket Boss Originals.
We love mason bags, but the darn things never stay open. In 1994, we solved that problem with the introduction of the Gatemouth family of tool bags.
